บริษัท ผลิตไฟฟ้าขนอม จำกัด ร่วมมือกับศูนย์วิจัยและพัฒนาพันธุกรรมสัตว์น้ำนครศรีธรรมราช เดินหน้าขับเคลื่อนความอุดมสมบูรณ์ของท้องทะเลไทย จัดกิจกรรม “โครงการเพิ่มผลผลิตพันธุ์กุ้งกุลาดำในธรรมชาติ ประจำปี 2569” ณ บริเวณชายหาดโรงไฟฟ้าขนอม ตำบลท้องเนียน อำเภอขนอม จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช มุ่งคืนความสมดุลและความหลายหลายสู่ระบบนิเวศชายฝั่ง พร้อมยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตและรายได้ของกลุ่มประมงพื้นบ้านอย่างมั่นคง

ภายในงานได้รับเกียรติจาก นายนพดล ขาวมะลิ นายอำเภอขนอม เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด โดยมี คุณราเชนทร์ บุณยพิพัฒน์ กรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท ผลิตไฟฟ้าขนอม จำกัด เป็นผู้กล่าวถึงเจตนารมณ์ในการจัดโครงการ ท่ามกลางพลังความร่วมมือจากทั้งหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และประชาชนในพื้นที่ที่มาร่วมแรงร่วมใจกันปล่อยพันธุ์กุ้งกุลาดำจำนวน 3,000,000 ตัว ลงสู่ทะเลบริเวณชายหาดโรงไฟฟ้าขนอมและอ่าวท้องโหนด ซึ่งเป็นจุดยุทธศาสตร์ทางธรรมชาติที่มีความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพสูง

การเติมเต็มประชากรสัตว์น้ำในครั้งนี้ ไม่เพียงแต่เป็นการช่วยฟื้นฟูและรักษาความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพของระบบนิเวศชายฝั่งให้กลับมาสมบูรณ์อีกครั้ง แต่ยังเป็นสร้างแหล่งอาหารตามธรรมชาติเพื่อหล่อเลี้ยงชุมชน ซึ่งถือเป็นหัวใจสำคัญในการส่งเสริมให้เกิดการใช้ประโยชน์จากทรัพยากรทางทะเลอย่างรู้คุณค่า ควบคู่ไปกับการปลูกฝังจิตสำนึกรักท้องถิ่นให้แก่คนในชุมชนเพื่อส่งต่อความอุดมสมบูรณ์นี้ให้แก่คนรุ่นหลัง

นอกจากนี้ โครงการดังกล่าวยังเป็นสะพานเชื่อมความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างภาคอุตสาหกรรมและชุมชน โดยมุ่งเน้นการสร้างผลกระทบเชิงบวกต่อเศรษฐกิจฐานราก ด้วยการสร้างความมั่นคงทางอาชีพให้แก่กลุ่มประมงชายฝั่ง ทำให้มีรายล้อมและรายได้ที่สม่ำเสมอ สามารถพึ่งพาตนเองได้อย่างยั่งยืน ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งยืนยันว่าการดำเนินธุรกิจของโรงไฟฟ้าขนอม จะเติบโตอย่างมั่นคงควบคู่ไปกับรอยยิ้มของชุมชนและการดูแลสิ่งแวดล้อมในพื้นที่อย่างแท้จริง

Khanom Power Plant Joins Hands with Community to Release 3 Million Black Tiger Prawns, Revitalizing the Southern Sea and Boosting Long-Term Local Economy

Khanom Electricity Generating Co.,ltd. in collaboration with the Nakhon Si Thammarat Aquatic Animal Genetics Research and Development Center, has stepped forward to drive the abundance of the Thai sea by organizing the “2026 Project to Increase Natural Yields of Black Tiger Prawns.” Held at the Khanom Power Plant beach in Thong Nian Sub-district, Khanom District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, the initiative aims to restore balance and biodiversity to the coastal ecosystem while steadily uplifting the quality of life and income of local artisanal fishermen.

The opening ceremony was honored by the presence of Mr. Noppadol Khaomali, Chief of Khanom District, who presided over the event. Mr. Rachen Bunyapipat, Managing Director of KEGCO delivered the remarks on the project’s core objectives. The event showcased a powerful collaboration among government agencies, the private sector, and local citizens, who gathered to release 3,000,000 black tiger prawns into the sea at the Khanom Power Plant beach and Thong Nod Bay as a strategic natural location rich in biodiversity.

This replenishment of the marine population not only restores and preserves the biodiversity of the coastal ecosystem but also creates a sustainable natural food source to nourish the community. This aligns with the core mission of promoting the responsible use of marine resources, while simultaneously instilling environmental awareness among locals to pass on this natural wealth to future generations.

Furthermore, the project serves as a bridge strengthening relations between the industrial sector and the community. It focuses on generating positive impacts on the grassroots economy by ensuring job security for coastal fishing groups, providing them with stable livelihoods and income to achieve self-reliance. This initiative underscores Khanom Power Plant’s commitment to growing its business sustainably, side by side with community happiness and dedicated environmental stewardship.
