คณะดำเนินโครงการฯ บริษัท ผลิตไฟฟ้าขนอม จำกัด ได้จัดกิจกรรมต่อเนื่องในโครงการ “Khanom Power Learning” เป็นสัปดาห์ที่ 4 ณ โรงเรียนชุมชนบ้านบางโหนด อำเภอขนอม จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช

กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการส่งเสริมทักษะภาษาอังกฤษให้กับนักเรียนผ่านการเรียนรู้ที่สนุกสนานและเป็นกันเอง โดยมีเนื้อหาสำคัญเกี่ยวกับการตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อมและการอนุรักษ์สัตว์ในท้องถิ่น นอกจากนี้ยังมีการสอนคำศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษที่สามารถนำไปใช้ได้ในชีวิตประจำวัน

กิจกรรม “Khanom Power Learning” สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความมุ่งมั่นของโรงไฟฟ้าขนอมในการมีส่วนร่วมพัฒนาสังคมอย่างยั่งยืน ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนขององค์การสหประชาชาติ (Sustainable Development Goals: SDGs) โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง เป้าหมายด้านการส่งเสริมการศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพ และ การปกป้องระบบนิเวศที่เน้นการปกป้องและฟื้นฟูระบบนิเวศ โดยกิจกรรมนี้เป็นการปลูกฝังจิตสำนึกที่ดีแก่เยาวชน ซึ่งเป็นกำลังสำคัญในการสร้างสรรค์สังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อมที่น่าอยู่ต่อไปในอนาคต

Khanom Power Plant Continues “Khanom Power Learning,” Focusing on Local Environmental and Wildlife Conservation.

On Thursday, August 21, 2025, a team from Khanom Electricity Generating Co., Ltd. held the fourth consecutive session of its “Khanom Power Learning” project at Chumchon Ban Bang Nod School in Khanom district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province.

This week’s session aimed to enhance students’ English language skills through engaging and informal learning. The curriculum centered on raising awareness about the importance of environmental preservation and local wildlife conservation. Students also learned practical English vocabulary for daily life.

The “Khanom Power Learning” initiative reflects Khanom Power Plant’s commitment to sustainable community development, aligning with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Specifically, the project supports Goal 4: Quality Education by promoting lifelong learning opportunities, and Goal 15: Life on Land by focusing on ecosystem protection and restoration. By fostering a sense of responsibility in young people, this activity helps build a better society and a more livable environment for the future.
