วันที่ 9 – 10 ธันวาคม 2567 ที่ผ่านมา บริษัท ผลิตไฟฟ้าขนอม จำกัด ภายใต้การนำของคุณณเรศ ชูเกิด กรรมการผู้จัดการ พร้อมกับคณะผู้บริหารและพนักงาน ร่วมกับร่วมกับโรงพยาบาลขนอม สาธารณสุขอำเภอขนอม ศูนย์อนามัยที่ 11 นครศรีธรรมราชและสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช จัดโครงการชุมชนต้นแบบในการดูแลสุขภาพแบบพึ่งพาตนเอง ภายใต้กิจกรรมเสริมสร้างความรอบรู้ดูแลสุขภาพชุมชนให้ปลอดสารเคมีตกค้างในร่างกาย ส่งเสริมสุขภาพให้แก่ตัวแทนผู้นำชุมชนและอาสาสมัครสุขภาพชุมชนในพื้นที่ โดยมุ่งเน้นการนำความรู้ไปส่งต่อ เพื่อลดความเสี่ยงจากการสัมผัสสารเคมีอันตราย ซึ่งเป็นปัญหาสำคัญที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพของประชาชน โดยเฉพาะกลุ่มเกษตรกร โดยมีนายแพทย์ปริพนท์ จุลเจิม นายแพทย์สาธารณสุขจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด และกล่าวต้อนรับโดยนายฐิติวัชร บุญกิจ นายอำเภอขนอม และนายยุทธนา สุทธิธนากร ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลขนอม กล่าวรายงาน ณ ห้องประชุมโรงแรมราชาคีรี รีสอร์ท นครศรีธรรมราช

KEGCO, in collaboration with Khanom Hospital, Khanom District Public Health Office, the 11th Nakhon Si Thammarat Health Center, and the Nakhon Si Thammarat Provincial Public Health Office, has created a model community for good health and a toxic-free environment.

“On December 9-10, 2024, Khanom Electricity Generating Company Limited, under the leadership of Mr. Nares Chookird, Managing Director, along with its executives and employees, joined forces with Khanom Hospital, Khanom District Public Health Office, the 11th Nakhon Si Thammarat Health Center, and the Nakhon Si Thammarat Provincial Public Health Office to organize a community-based self-reliance health care project. This project included activities to enhance community knowledge on maintaining a healthy lifestyle free from chemical residues in the body and promote health among community leaders and health volunteers in the area. The focus is on transferring knowledge to reduce the risk of exposure to hazardous chemicals, a significant issue affecting public health, especially farmers. Dr.Paripon Juljerm, the Nakhon Si Thammarat Provincial Public Health Officer, presided over the opening ceremony, while Mr.Thitiwat Boonkit, the Khanom District Chief, and Mr. Yutthana Suttidhanakorn, the Director of Khanom Hospital, delivered welcoming remarks at the meeting room of the Rachakiri Resort in Nakhon Si Thammarat.
